On the 14th of November a group of students assisted at Bethesda Revival Church for their community project. The students assisted the church by means of computer maintenance, ranging from defragging to cleaning up all the unnecessary programs and Adware. A new anti – virus was also installed.
Because the devices are quite old and irregularly maintained, their maintenance made a big difference. They decided to do this project because “a church put in a big contribution in helping the community around them. By helping the church, indirectly we are doing a service to a larger community. The effects may be small, but as they say, every little bit helps".
The students felt like the community project that they had to do was a good opportunity to engage and explore the issues that are outside of their comfort zone.
